These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“Buyer”, “you”), and WOW Pierogies (“Seller”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your purchase of products through our website.
By placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Agreement governs the sale of frozen and ready-to-eat food products via our online store in Canada.
1.2. By placing an order or completing the checkout process, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
2.1. All products listed on the website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
2.2. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Prices do not include applicable federal and provincial taxes (HST/GST/PST) or shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout.
2.3. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, once an order is placed and paid for, the price for that order is guaranteed.
3. ORDER PLACEMENT AND PAYMENT
3.1. An order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation email and payment is successfully processed.

5. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
5.1. Perishable Goods Policy: In accordance with Canadian food safety standards, we do not accept returns on food products once they have left our facility, except in cases of damage or incorrect items.
5.2. Damaged Goods: If you receive a product that is damaged or spoiled upon arrival, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at wowpierogies@gmail.com with photographic evidence.
5.3. Refunds or replacements will be issued at our sole discretion after reviewing the claim.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or inability to use the website.
6.2. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
7. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
7.1. Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
8. GOVERNING LAW
